We’re ready to welcome the SPRING – with the return of our live music schedule, expanded hours, and spring menu refresh! Help welcome back the spring season at Grey Hawk by making a reservation for a meal or drinks!
Bonfire Night
Bonfire Night started in December 2024 after Hurricane Helene. In the uncertain weeks after the storm, we ventured into the woods to survey the property, and we were delighted to find this gorgeous woodland oasis just across a creek. Nowadays, it is perfect rustic gathering spot where earth, water, fire and community can all converge. At this event, guests make campsite meals over an open fire (ground meats, vegetables, and seasonings) and enjoy outstanding cocktails, beer and wine. Winter Supper Club: Thai Pineapple Fried Rice
A tropical Thai delight: fried rice featuring chicken and shrimp with toasted cashews, Thai spices, and the sweet acidic bite of pineapple chunks, served with flair in a hollowed pineapple!
