Bartender
Full-Time Seasonal • 35-45 hrs per week
As a bartender, you will be responsible for the timely preparation, creation, and efficient delivery of consistently beautiful and high quality cocktails, beer, wine, and blended beverages. You will also be responsible for stocking, chilling, heating, and rotating stock while keeping track of items which are running low. You will have the support of a bar back on Friday evenings and busier weekend shifts. All glassware is washed by hand by you and/or your barback. You will be making drinks for both your own bar customers and the table service guests. You must be able to provide courteous and informed food service while managing a high-volume ticket-load. This position is tipped directly by bar customers and tipped-out by servers. Bartender will provide discretionary tip-out to barback.

Wednesdays: 4:00pm-10:30pm/close
Thursdays: 4:00pm-10:30pm/close
Fridays: 10:30am-6:30pm
Saturdays: 9:00am-5:00pm
Sundays: 9:00am-5:00pm/close
Mondays & Tuesdays: Off
Qualifications:
Superb customer service skills & heightened attention to detail
Focused and serious about work
Minimum of 1 year bartending experience
Exceptional knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, liquor
Willingness to learn and ability to retain product knowledge and job-related techniques and skills
