As a dishwasher, you will collect, wash, sort and replenish all silverware, serviceware, dishes, and kitchen wares, through out the service shift. All items are washed by hand in a Large 3-comp sink. You will maintain clean and sanitary water, properly administer sanitabs, and keep up with the constant flow of dishwashing needs. You must be able to carry loads up to 75lbs from the patio, up steps, and into the dish area without breakage. You will also be involved in the end-of-shift kitchen cleaning and mopping of a very small kitchen.
Seeking a kitchen worker who loves assembling beautiful dishes in fast-paced environment. Should have experience in food service and interest in food, beverage, and luxury service. Should be good under pressure, adept at multitasking, and able to work long shifts as a self-starting project manager.
Seeking an individual with an outgoing personality, a can-do team spirit, and hunger for knowledge and fun. This position will include: supporting the bartender in assembling / prepping drinks, washing dishes at the bar and in the kitchen, providing and refilling water for guests, running drinks to tables, and various cleaning and stocking checklists.
