Full-Time Seasonal • 35-45 hrs per week
As the Host and Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for greeting, seating, and orienting guests, maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll manage the waitlist, reservations, and seating flow, answer phone calls, and help guests understand their options, maintaining a visible presence at the host stand during peak periods. You’ll ensure guests with special requests (large parties, accessibility needs, celebrations) are accommodated smoothly, and set the tone for hospitality by modeling exceptional service standards.
Full-Time Seasonal
Seeking a person ready to man the new Grey Hawk outdoor grilling operation – commercial grilling experience required. This position will prepare food items in a beautiful outdoor environment.
Full-Time Seasonal • 35-40 hrs per week
This position is a dual role with approximately 23 hours per week in our Coffee House as a barista and 14 hours per week as a server’a assistant.
As a barista you will be required to interact with customers in a communicative, pleasant, and helpful manner, answering menu questions, offering suggestions, and employing exceptional salesmanship to both maximize revenue and ensure guest satisfaction. As a server’s assistant you will be assigned to one or more servers to handle all aspect of table service in concert with your supervising server.
Seasonal • 25-35 hrs per week
As a server’s assistant you will be assigned to one or more servers to handle all aspect of table service in concert with your supervising server. Duties will include, but not be limited to; promptly greeting guests, providing guests with ice water, collecting/garnishing food and beverage, expediting food and beverage, running food and beverage to your guests, bussing and clearing table, problems solving and handling guest satisfaction concerns, ringing in orders, cashing out guests, replenishing ice bins, changing trash cans, making trash runs, full opening/closing and side work responsibilities. The server(s) you are assigned to will share their tips with you in a monitored performance-based tip-out.
Full-Time Seasonal • 30-45 hrs per week
You will be working long hours at times and responsible for a wide variety of kitchen duties and products. Working under the year-round kitchen Lead and the seasonal kitchen lead, you will be an integral part of the preparation and execution of the various menus we offer. We are looking for a skilled, versatile, quick learner who can wear many hats with ease and positivity. We do not have a hood, fryer, or conventional oven. We use creative and clean methods of preparing and heating foods with a variety of quality high-tech equipment. This position is for someone who can move fast, think fast, and create consistently prepared perfectly presented culinary delights in a team atmosphere.
Weekends, Seasonal • 10-15 hrs per week

Part-Time Seasonal • 8-15 hrs per week
As a barista you will be required to interact with customers in a communicative, pleasant, and helpful manner, answering menu questions, offering suggestions, and employing exceptional salesmanship to both maximize revenue and ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will make coffee, espresso, espresso drinks, froth milk, make smoothies and frappes, handle, inventory, and serve patties and retail snacks. You will handle cash, use a digital point of sale system, run completed orders to the corresponding guest tables, and be expected to open, close, clean, deep clean, stock, and more.
Part-Time Seasonal • 10-15 hrs per week
As a bartender, you will be responsible for the timely preparation, creation, and efficient delivery of consistently beautiful and high quality cocktails, beer, wine, and blended beverages. You will also be responsible for stocking, chilling, heating, and rotating stock while keeping track of items which are running low. You will have the support of a bar back on Friday evenings and busier weekend shifts. All glassware is washed by hand by you and/or your bar-back. You will be making drinks for both your own bar customers and the table service guests. You must be able to provide courteous and informed food service while managing a high-volume ticket-load. This position is tipped directly by bar customers and tipped-out by servers. Bartender will provide discretionary tip-out to bar-back.
Part-Time Seasonal, 8 hours/week
As a dishwasher, you will collect, wash, sort and replenish all silverware, serviceware, dishes, and kitchen wares, through out the service shift. All items are washed by hand in a Large 3-comp sink. You will maintain clean and sanitary water, properly administer sanitabs, and keep up with the constant flow of dishwashing needs. You must be able to carry loads up to 75lbs from the patio, up steps, and into the dish area without breakage. You will also be involved in the end-of-shift kitchen cleaning and mopping of a very small kitchen.
