Host / Shift Supervisor

Full-Time Seasonal • 34-45 hrs per week

As the Host and Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for greeting, seating, and orienting guests, maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll manage the waitlist, reservations, and seating flow, answer phone calls, and help guests understand their options, maintaining a visible presence at the host stand during peak periods. You’ll ensure guests with special requests (large parties, accessibility needs, celebrations) are accommodated smoothly, and set the tone for hospitality by modeling exceptional service standards.

This role will also oversee daily front-of-house opening and closing procedures, checking the work of the team. You’ll ensure dining room, host stand, and entry areas are clean, organized, and guest‑ready at all times.

35-45 hours:

  • Availability on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays

Qualifications:

  • Superb customer service skills & heightened attention to detail 

  • Focused and serious about work

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality preferred

  • Willingness to learn and ability to retain product knowledge and job-related techniques and skills
