Seeking a person ready to man the new Grey Hawk outdoor grilling operation – commercial grilling experience required. This position will prepare food items in a beautiful outdoor environment.
This is a great position for a skilled, thorough, multi-tasking superstar. We use creative and clean methods of preparing and heating foods with a variety of quality high-tech equipment. This position is for someone who can move fast, think fast, and create consistently prepared perfectly presented culinary delights.
Qualifications:
Active ServSafe certificate required
Experience in restaurant or commercial household kitchens
Speed, focus, endurance
Willingness to learn and ability to retain product knowledge and job-related techniques and skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs
Ability to stand, crouch, kneel and bend for long shifts
Ability to clean, deep clean and mop
